CELEBRATING SHABBAT AND HOLIDAYS
Become part of our Shabbat community. A time we set aside each week to reconnect with our Jewish community. A setting in which to rejoice in our Jewish identities. A gathering to root our days in the wisdom and meanings of Torah and Jewish tradition. A moment to renew in shared Jewish celebration.
You are welcome to join us each week for Shabbat prayer on Friday evenings at 6:15 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in the Stone Family Sanctuary or online via Livestream. If you're coming new to our Shabbat celebration or wanting to renew your presence with us, please be in touch so we can support and assist you in participating with us comfortably.
We call Shabbat a delight, a day to refresh and renew. At Congregation Beth El, on Shabbat we join together as a synagogue family to rejoice in the gift of our lives, to reflect on the week gone by, and to sense God’s presence through our prayer and celebration.
During Shabbat Services our rabbis, Ba'al Tefillah, and synagogue members lead us in Hebrew prayer and song. We also reflect on insights of Jewish wisdom as we enjoy warm and participatory services.
On Shabbat mornings as we read and study Torah our service embraces individuals and families who come to celebrate personal milestones.
Attend in person or participate with us online.
