We will explore the traditions for the upcoming holidays Yom HaZikaron and Yom HaAtzmaut--Israel's Memorial Day and Independence Day--with everyone sharing their experiences with these observances and the ways we care for ourselves as we transition from memorials to celebrations.

And we will do Israeli dancing!
